We have built a highly professional, fully integrated and high-efficiency production assembly line for motorcycle indicator lights, with outstanding manufacturing capacity and standardized production management in the automotive lighting industry. Covering a modern standardized production plant of more than 6,000 square meters, our factory adopts scientific functional zoning, including independent mold development workshops, SMT production workshops, automated testing areas and finished product warehouses. The reasonable spatial layout effectively avoids cross-contamination between processes and greatly improves overall production efficiency. In the dedicated SMT workshop, high-speed automatic chip mounters are applied for precise component mounting on PCBs, followed by reflow soldering machines with precise temperature control curves to ensure firm and error-free welding of electronic components. After welding, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment conducts full online visual detection, automatically identifying common defects such as missing components, offset parts, insufficient solder and cold solder joints with high precision, realizing intelligent and non-destructive primary quality screening.
To balance high production efficiency and meticulous quality control, we adopt a hybrid production mode combining full automation and moderate semi-automatic manual inspection. After automatic intelligent detection, professional inspectors carry out manual re-inspection focusing on core performance indicators including light brightness, waterproof performance, sealing tightness and overall appearance of finished lights. The dual-inspection mechanism minimizes defective rate effectively. DRXD owns a first-class professional R&D team with complete talent layout covering the whole motorcycle lamp research and development process. Our technical team consists of five types of professional engineers, including optical engineers, structural engineers, electronic engineers, test engineers and process engineers, covering all technical links from preliminary product design, performance testing to mass production process optimization. All engineers cooperate closely and complement each other’s advantages in daily work.
